House hacking 101 PROGRAM
Homegrown’s House Hacking 101 program helps participants gain mastery over their finances and start their journey towards multifamily ownership. It provides the knowledge, tools and support they need to succeed, with an emphasis on one-on-one coaching tailored to individual circumstances.

Learn the unique wealth-building benefits of 2-4 unit properties and what it takes to become a successful owner.
MODULE 2
Wealth Health
Gain the mindset, practices and tools needed to take full control of your financial life as a necessary first step towards multifamily investment.
MODULE 3
Purchase financing
Understand how mortgages work, the options available to multifamily buyers, and the process of qualifying for and obtaining financing.
MODULE 4
Finding and analyzing properties
Learn how to choose search criteria, find the team of real estate professionals you need, and evaluate potential property deals.
MODULE 5
Making offers and closing the deal
Understand the deal process, from making initial offers, to negotiating, performing due diligence, securing financing, and what to expect at the closing table.
MODULE 6
Property management
Learn the day-to-day responsibilities of property ownership, including repair and renovation work, finding tenants, and maintaining good tenant relationships.

Support doesn’t end after Module 6. Participants who complete the program receive additional coaching as they navigate the path towards success as multifamily owners.
